Ordering:
- First, Kushtush Organics Eco Sleep Shop, like all online retail catalogs and stores in your area, brings customers a variety of the best products from many sources. We are proud that hundreds of families are enjoying Custom organic bedding and linens they received through our catalog, that will last years and years.
- Occasionally supply issues may occur industry wide, which are normally restocked and delivered in reasonable timeframes. We guarantee all customers will receive shipments unless notified of backorders.
- You may cancel a made to order item within 48 hours. Once in production, orders may not be cancelled without a 35% cancellation fee.
Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal Payments. (Sorry, we will not offer Google Checkout at this time.)
Your credit card transactions are processed by PayPal Payment Services, for their extraordinary security, and are not related in any way to eBay.
Delivery and Shipping Details :
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time of order. SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, usually 2 to 5 business days or more. Overland transit times can take up to 5 additional business days depending on distance from U.S. West Coast points of origin.

*** We charge our customers the bulk packaging costs for oversized comforters and mattress toppers charged by manufacturers (with no markup); automatically added at checkout as a "handling" fee. Mattresses require additional freight, and can not ship free.
We ship primarily to the United States, U..S. Territories, the U.S. Military, and Canada, at this time. If you live outside these regions, we will do what we can to accommodate your needs, but reserve the right to refuse to ship in some cases.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Your credit card company can provide current exchange rates for you.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. pass through customs and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. These charges will be calculated past point of entry, and billed directly to you. While these charges are usually relatively small, please be aware that they do exist. Recipients are exclusively responsible for paying these additional fees.

Order Cancellations - Made to Order Organic Bedding:
You have 48 hours from time order is submitted to change your mind. Thereafter, once order is in production, customers are charged 35% cancellation fee to cover costs incurred. No exceptions.
Product Back Orders:
A back ordered product is one that is not currently in stock, which we expect to have available within two to six weeks. Often, on supplier direct merchandise, we will not be aware until after order is placed, and will inform you as quickly as possible.
When you purchase a product on back order, we will ship the item within supplier's specified time frame, and notify you by email when your order has been shipped. Credit cards are charged in advance of shipping because Kushtush Organics Eco Sleep Shop is often charged ahead of production. Hopefully these restrictions will ease as the global economy improves.
If you order a combination of in-stock and back ordered products, we inform you of the items that are on back order. You then have the option to split ship your order or wait for all products to arrive prior to shipment. Back ordered items are shipped at no additional shipping cost. We send you an email notification when we ship the remainder of your order.
To cancel a back ordered product, simply email Customer Service with “Cancel Back Order” in the subject line. Please include all of your contact information with specific instructions in the body of your email. Also, you must email us your order number.
This number can be found in your confirmation email from us or in the packing slip that came with your first shipment of in-stock items. Alternatively, you can also find this order number on the Grassroots website by clicking My Account and logging in to your order history.
Please note: If we must cancel your back order because products become unavailable, we will email you.
